Please use the link above to pay your utility and water bills, or traffic fines.

For utility and water bills, please have your account number and amount due available. The account number can be found in the top left corner of your bill.

For traffic fines, please have your ticket number, violation number, and amount due available. The ticket number is a six digit alpha-numeric number (ex. A 12345) located in the top center of the ticket envelop. The violation number is one of the blocks checked on the ticket envelope ranging from 1 – 18.

A Convenience Fee will be charged for the use of this service. This fee is separate from and in addition to the primary amount of the bill or fine you are paying. The convenience fee will be listed separately and included in the “total amount” of payment. The convenience fee is a flat rate of $1.50 for electronic check payments, and 2.45% ($1.50 minimim) for credit card payments.
